Your Minimum Viable Day
The smallest version of your plan that still counts — for sick days, 14-hour days, and the days you just don't have it.
The full lesson
Habits survive on identity, not intensity. Fifty perfect days followed by two weeks of nothing teaches your brain "I quit when it is hard." Fifty good days plus fourteen minimum days teaches "I do this no matter what." The second person is still going in year three.
Your Minimum Viable Day is on your dashboard: a couple of minutes of movement, one better choice at one meal, a glass of water. Decide in the morning that today is a minimum day, and it becomes a plan you kept, not a plan you failed. It counts as a full check on the calendar.
Remember
- Tiny still counts.
- Decide it in the morning.
Try this: Read your Minimum Viable Day on your dashboard and say it out loud once.
